We want you to love your ube experience. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we’ve made our refund process as simple as possible.
1. Ube Powder: Our "Love It or It's Free" Promise If you try our Ube Powder and don't like it for any reason, just let us know within 30 days of delivery.

No Need to Return: You don’t have to ship the powder back to us—keep it, or pass it on to a friend who might enjoy it!

Full Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method, no questions asked. (Limit: One bag per customer).
2. Accessories: Easy Returns If there’s an issue with your whisk, frother, or other accessories:

Damaged or Faulty: We’ll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. No return required—just send us a quick photo of the issue.

Changed Your Mind: If the item is unused, we accept returns within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label so the return is free for you.
3. Subscriptions You have total control. You can cancel or skip a shipment anytime through your account. If a subscription order just processed and you forgot to cancel, let us know within 24 hours and we will stop the shipment and refund you instantly.
How to start a refund: Just email us at Contact@ubesuperfood.com with your order number. We’ll take care of the rest within 24 hours.
