
Iced Ube Latte
- 1 tsp of our Ube powder
- 50 ml hot water (160-175℉ / 70-80℃)
- 200 ml milk of choice (almond, oat, or whole milk)
- 1-2 tsp natural sweetener (syrup, honey, coconut sugar)
- 1 cup ice cubes
1. Dissolve the powder: In a mug or small bowl, mix the ube powder with hot water. Stir or whisk well until smooth and lump-free.
2. Heat the milk: Warm your milk separately (do not boil). Ideal temp: around 70–75°C.
3. Combine: Pour the warm milk into the ube mixture and stir gently to combine.
4. Sweeten (optional): Add your favorite sweetener and vanilla extract if desired. Stir well.
5. Enjoy: Drink hot, or pour over ice for a refreshing iced version!
• For a frothy latte, use a milk frother after combining.
• Sprinkle extra ube powder or cinnamon on top for a pretty finish.

Ube Crinkle Cookies
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup ube powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar (for coating)
1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, ube powder, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, mix oil and sugar until well combined.
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar-oil mixture and mix well.
4. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients to form a sticky dough.
5. Chill the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
7. Scoop dough into balls, roll each in powdered sugar, and place on tray.
8. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cracks appear and edges are set.
9. Cool on a rack before serving.

Ube Overnight Oats with Coconut Yogurt
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp ube powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- ¼ cup coconut yogurt
- Fresh berries (topping)Camping
- In a jar, mix oats, coconut milk, ube powder, and maple syrup.
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with coconut yogurt and fresh berries before serving.

Ube Protein Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp ube powder
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Ube Ice Cream
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tbsp ube powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
- In a bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, ube powder, vanilla, and ube extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the ube mixture until fully combined.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
5. Scoop and serve!

Ube Iced Lemonade
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tbsp ube powder
- 1–2 tbsp simple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- In a glass, mix the lemon juice, water, ube powder, and sweetener until fully dissolved.
- Add ice cubes and stir well.
- Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
- Serve immediately, ice cold!
