REFUNDS AND RETURNS

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy


If you would like to return an item to ubesuperfood, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return shipping label.

 


We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible products. If you’re not fully satisfied with our service, you may return your item(s) within 30 days for a refund, provided the products are unused, unopened, and in brand-new condition.


Please note the following exceptions and conditions:

 

  • Promotional offers: Orders made under special promotions, such as discount codes for free product or limited-time offers, may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Buy-twi-Get-One-Free (B2GO) Offer:

    In the case of a “Buy Two, Get One Free” promotion, only two of the tree products is eligible for a refund if 1 is opened.

     

    • All products must be returned.

    • If one has been opened or used, the refund will be denied.

    • The refund will reflect only the value of the paid product not opened (e.g., for a $59,8 order, only $29,9 will be refunded).

     

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are inspected and meet the criteria outlined above.

 

Follow these simple steps:

 

 

  1. Let us know that you’d like a refund and specify which item you’d like to return by using one of the following methods:

🚫 Please note: We do not process return requests via phone calls or voice messages.


 

  1. Once your request is received, we will email you a prepaid return label within 24–48 hours.

  2. Carefully place the item in a box or padded mailer and return it using the prepaid shipping label we provided.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

 


📦 Important: Please use only the return label provided by our support team to ensure the package is sent to the correct warehouse. Returns sent without our label or to the wrong address may not be refunded.


Returned items must be unopened and sealed to be eligible for a refund. Any opened, tampered with, or damaged packages that do not meet our return criteria will not qualify for a refund.


If you do not contact us within 30 days of delivery, your item will not be eligible for a refund. ubesuperfood is not responsible for duplicate or accidental orders placed by the customer.

 


 

 

REFUSED PACKAGES

 


If your shipment is marked as “undeliverable” and returned to us by the carrier, you may choose either:

 

  • A full refund of the products ordered, or

  • A reshipment of the order at no additional shipping cost.

 


⚠️ Please do not refuse packages unless they are visibly damaged. Instead, accept the delivery and contact us to coordinate a proper return.


If a package is refused due to damage, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt, we will either issue a full refund (including original shipping fees) or send a replacement free of charge.


If a package is refused for any other reason and is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund only if the product is received and in good condition.

 


 

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

 


If your item arrives damaged or defective (e.g., punctured packaging, broken seal, leakage), please contact us immediately.


We will:

 

  • Provide a free return label, and

  • Issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you — once we receive the defective item back at our warehouse.

This refund policy applies only to orders placed directly at https://ubesuperfood.com. We reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time without prior notice.
