2. What the App does

The App connects to the Meta Marketing API to retrieve aggregated advertising metrics (e.g., spend, impressions, clicks, conversions) for campaign reporting and optimization. It is used by authorized employees/contractors only.

3. Information we process

• Advertising metrics (aggregated): campaign, ad set, and ad performance data.
• Business account identifiers: ad account IDs, page IDs, and app IDs required to query the API.
• No sale of personal data: we do not sell or rent personal information.

The App is not designed to collect end‑user names, emails, phone numbers, or similar personal identifiers. If such data were ever visible through Meta reporting, we would process it only as necessary to operate and secure our advertising accounts and in compliance with Meta’s Platform Terms and applicable laws.

4. Legal basis & purposes

• Legitimate interests (business analytics, fraud prevention, security of our ad accounts).
• Contractual necessity (to run and measure our advertising campaigns).
• Compliance (to meet platform and legal requirements).

5. Data sharing

We may share data with trusted service providers who help us host, store, or analyze advertising data (e.g., cloud hosting, ETL/automation tools), under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We do not share data with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

6. Retention

Aggregated advertising data is retained only as long as needed for reporting, auditing, and security—typically 6–24 months—unless a longer period is legally required. Access tokens and credentials are rotated regularly.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including access controls, encryption in transit where supported, and least‑privilege permissions for authorized users.

8. International transfers

We may process and store data in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections consistent with applicable laws.

9. Your rights

10. Children

The App is for business use only and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
