Once harvested, the fresh ube is gently sent to our partner lab in Shaanxi, a small province in China renowned for its high standards in food-grade dehydration and export.

Because unfortunately, the Philippines does not yet have the infrastructure needed for large-scale dehydration, nor the international certifications required for USDA Organic or FDA registration.
Our lab in Shaanxi allows us to guarantee the cleanest, safest, and most efficient transformation of ube into powder, while respecting the soul of the ingredient.
