This cup is great, other than it's smaller than I expected. It says 16oz, and it is - exactly - until you put the lid on. By the time I poured 1 cup of milk, 2 tsp ube, matcha with 1/4 cup water and several ice cubes, it overflowed the cup. A 20oz would be a better size, especially for the price.

First of all.....I have emailed customer service, to tell them, the Tumbler that was sent to me, Is Not Glass! I was sent, Plastic!
I sent Two Emails, in regards to what, was sent to me!
I have, Yet, to hear from anyone, from this company!!
Also, the Package that the Items were sent in, had a Big Open Slit in it, like someone had taken a knife, to slit it open. That is what was left on my porch, and how I found it, with the items I ordered still in it.
You may want to change the description of the Tumbler, if all you are sending is, Plastic, and Not, Glass!!
